Data Retention Policy
Effective date: February 1, 2026 Temp Email is a temporary service. We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service.Retention periods
- Messages and inbox metadata: retained for a limited time (default 30 days).
- Deleted inboxes: stored to prevent re‑use and reduce abuse.
- Logs: retained for a short period for security and reliability.
Deletion
- Automatic cleanup is always enabled and deletes messages after the retention period.
- You can delete messages or delete an inbox at any time to remove data sooner.
