This policy explains what is and is not allowed when using TempInbox.

## Prohibited activities

You may not use the service to:

* Send or receive spam, phishing, malware, or harmful content.
* Violate laws or regulations.
* Bypass security controls or rate limits.
* Perform automated abuse, scraping, or denial‑of‑service attacks.
* Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
* Impersonate individuals or organizations.

## Enforcement

We may block inboxes, IPs, or domains and remove content that violates this policy. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.

## Reporting abuse

Use the support web form on the site and include the inbox address and relevant timestamps.
